is an online tool for residential building Associations to create Reserve Study reports that assist with planning the allocation of their yearly budgets.

Provided website development for users to search and generate the reports from the database, purchase the reports, and instantly download them in PDF format. Utilized osCommerce and Authorize.net Customer Information Manager (CIM) and Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) API's for the payment process of the reserve studies as well as paid Power level subscriptions.

When a user would like the benfits offered as a Power level user, they are directed to our part of the system to purhcase the yearly subscription. It is them connected to authorize.net Automated Recurring Billing API and the subscription will auto renew every year until the user requests otherwise.
